Help Families Affected by Childhood Cancer.
There are many ways to help make an impact, check out all the ways you can get involved here at AHF.
For Schools + Universities
When families affected by pediatric cancer come to our Education Advancement Center, we want them to feel at home. One way we do this is by collecting a variety of individually wrapped snacks for them to help themselves to.
If you would like to donate snacks, please view our Amazon wishlist and purchase items. We try to promote our families to engage in a healthier lifestyle (one of the pillars of cancer prevention) and one of the ways we do this is by prioritizing healthier snacks for our families.
If you are planning to host a snack drive, we would love to know! Please contact Sarah Taylor to coordinate delivery. Download this flyer to print and promote the snack drive!
*We are so grateful for every donation; however, we can only accept provide individually wrapped snacks for health and safety reasons. Additionally, we cannot accept expired foods.
The Hit it for Hatch Series is a Teen Ambassador led tri-tournament fundraiser. The Teen Ambassador Program works alongside the Austin Hatcher Foundation in creating a way to allow teens in the community to be more involved in serving others.
Out of this group, several ambassadors were inspired to take on the task of starting a fundraiser in 2023 for the Austin Hatcher Foundation, known as the Hit It For Hatch Tennis Tournament. This tournament, created by ambassadors who share a love for tennis, was a creative way for kids and adults to be involved in a good cause, as well as bring more awareness to the work of the Austin Hatcher Foundation.
In 2024, the Teen Ambassadors created the inaugural Hit It For Hatch Series - consisting of a Tennis, Pickleball, and Volleyball Tournament!

Playing for Purpose is an innovative fundraising campaign designed to empower athletes, teams, and communities to support families affected by childhood cancer.
This unique initiative allows any team, from any school or sports organization, to leverage their passion for sports and create a positive impact beyond the field or court. All funds raised benefit the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer.
We invite all passionate athletes, coaches, and teams to be a part of the Playing for a Purpose movement. Join hands with the Austin Hatcher Foundation and make a meaningful difference in the lives of families navigating childhood cancer.

Fueling Potential: Racing to Win is a fun, interactive lesson designed to equip children with the knowledge necessary to make healthy lifestyle choices and cultivate well-being, while reducing their risk of cancer later in life.
The Austin Hatcher Foundation’s Fueling Potential: Racing to Win Healthy Lifestyle Program helps children reach their greatest potential in the “Race of Life'' by training them to choose only the finest fuel (nutritious foods), to keep their cars running well (exercise), and keep their car clean (sun safety). The program helps to ensure that children live happy and active lives today, while reducing their risk of cancer tomorrow.
