The Austin Hatcher Foundation Welcomes New Staff Members
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (August 20, 2021) – The Austin Hatcher Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of two new staff members to its growing team.
Michaela Gaither has joined the foundation as its new Child and Family Services Coordinator.
Gaither graduated from Lee University with her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and recently obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University. She is responsible for planning enrichment events for families and coordinating care for new and existing families.
“I am thrilled to be joining the Austin Hatcher team because I have always had a passion for working with children and families,” said Gaither. “I am looking forward to supporting the foundation’s families as they receive the amazing services that we provide at the Austin Hatcher Foundation.”
Sydney Ibach has joined the foundation as its new Graphic Designer and Photographer.
Ibach graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from Chattanooga State Community College. She also has extensive experience photographing large events for private parties and organizations in the Chattanooga area. Ibach served as the foundation’s Graphic Design Intern prior to being added as a full-time staff member. She is responsible for supporting the AHFPC mission through brand marketing, creative design, and photography.
“I am so excited to join the foundation staff because of the incredible mission they strive towards,” said Ibach. “ AHFPC’s impact on the lives of pediatric cancer patients and their families is amazing, and I am so grateful to be a part of it.”
