Austin Hatcher Foundation Receives $22,000 in Walmart Community Grants
All funds help the Foundation provide free mental & behavioral health services to families faced with pediatric cancer
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (October 31, 2024) – The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer is proud to announce its selection as a recipient of the Walmart Community Grant program, which has awarded $22,000 to the Foundation for its comprehensive care programs for families affected by childhood cancer.
The grant allocation includes contributions from the following Walmart stores:

- Walmart Store 5251 (Chattanooga, TN)
- Walmart Store 669 (Dalton, GA)
- Walmart Store 3619 (Chattanooga, TN)
- Walmart Store 3635 (Ft. Oglethorpe, GA)
- Walmart Store 5143 (Chattanooga, TN)
- Sam’s Club Store 8112 (Chattanooga, TN)
This generous support will enable the Austin Hatcher Foundation to advance its mission of providing comprehensive, coordinated care for families facing the challenges of childhood cancer. The Foundation offers a wide range of essential services to enhance the well-being of both children and their families during their cancer journey.

The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a lifetime of free Supportive Medicine Care to children and families affected by pediatric cancer. Through its various programs, the Foundation offers support, education, and hope to children battling cancer and their families, helping them navigate the challenges of diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
